Fix party max vitals being set to 0 resulting in a divide by 0 issue. (#201)

* Fix a divide by zero issue causing party vitals to crash the client when health or mana is set to 0.

* Minor clean-up.

Why even bother with the else? Assume it's full by default.

I copied the code from the EntityBox a litttle too eagerly.

Item quantity improvements, Item Stack handling and Item Event enhancements (#188)

* Adds the ability to change up to an amount of items, as well as overflowing the player's inventory.

* Cleaned up some of my code, fixed how the engine failed to handle item quantities on non-stackable items.

* Fixed a bunch of places where you could enter a quantity of 0 for items.

* Fixed a logic dumb I did breaking the ability to receive stacked items.

* Another small fix regarding handing out multiple items.

* Xml documentation and fixing and simplifying the CanGiveItem method on the Player class.

* Simplified FindOpenInventorySlot.

* Made sure all item slot methods return the same values.. No longer do you get an int or an InventorySlot back. Always an InventorySlot.

* Renamed the TakeItem methods to be more in line with the Give methods.. Why is one try but the other not despite both returning a bool if it succeeds?

* Changes for PR review.

* Added the ability to configure whether or not spawning map items should spawn a consolidated stack with a quantity, or if it should spawn multiple loose items for non-stackable items.

* Added an Event condition to check for free inventory slots.

* Changed a lot of stuff around to make the three item add/remove handlers usable outside of the scope of this PR.

* Removed duplicated code in GiveItem, fixed an oversight that would cause it to create a new item rather than handing out the exact item if it's a single.

* Fixes equipment MapItem spawns that should spawn more than once. Doc updates with actual documentation for some public methods.
